By submitting your housing exemptions list, you are agree to the following:

Each member on your exemptions list, is listed on your chapter roster as an active member, and will have Sophomore classification as of the 2026-2027 academic year.
You understand that members on the waitlist are not automatically given an exemption. If/when permitting a member on the waitlist to receive an exemption, the chapter must first notify Greek Life with the name of the waitlisted member; at which point Greek Life will inform the SU Housing office.
Housing exemptions are only granted for the full academic year (Fall 2026 - Spring 2027). Mid year exemptions are not permitted per SU Housing Terms and Conditions.
The Chapter President and/or the owning entity, is responsible for all communication with chapter members and parents regarding all chapter housing matters (lease terms, other live in criteria set by the chapter, live in matters, etc.) Should students and parents contact the Greek Life office with these matters, they will be redirected to the chapter using the point of contact info provided in this submission.
